I never got to know my grandfathers. Growing up, I always wondered what they would have said to me, on the day I graduated, the day I married, when I became a mother. I will never know.

When my first son was born, there was a moment when I wasn't sure I'd make it through. One thought wouldn't leave me:

Not at all. Most people record messages for the moments they're afraid of missing: a graduation, a wedding, a child's 18th birthday. The "after I'm gone" option exists, but it's just one of many. Timesule is for anyone who has something important to say, at any moment that matters.

No, and this is a hard guarantee, not a policy. Your messages are encrypted end to end. We cannot access the content. Only the person you designated, at the moment you chose, can open them. Not our team. Not anyone else.

You do. Always. You set the trigger: a specific date, a life event, or after you're gone. Your trusted contacts confirm when the moment arrives. Nothing is sent without going through the process you put in place. You are always the architect of it.

A few times a year, we send you a simple ping, just to confirm your wishes are still current. It takes under a minute. If your circumstances have changed, you can update anything. If we don't hear from you over an extended period, we follow the trusted contacts you designated before taking any action.

Yes, at any time before it's delivered. Your messages are entirely yours until the moment they reach the person you chose. Re-record, update the trigger date, change the recipient, or delete it completely. All of it is yours to control.

If we ever close, which we intend never to do, you'll receive every message back in full quality, in a format you can keep forever. We'll give you at least 90 days' notice and a clear, simple way to download everything. This is a promise, not fine print.
